We may process certain Special Categories of Personal information about you(this includes details about your race or ethnicity,religious or philosophical beliefs,sex life,sexual orientation,political opinions,trade union memebership, information about your health,genetic data and biometric data) if required under law or to meet with Customer requirements or to implement any Customer process.

When Synergy works as a data processor,we only process Customer Data on behalf of our customers and in accordance with their instructions provided in the applicable Services agreement between us and the Customer or as otherwise authorized by the Customer.

Most of the Personal Data we process is provided by you directly to us when you use our products and/or services. This also includes the Personal Data collected automatically and in the background by us when you use our website and application(s).

We do not collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected or received Perosnal Information from a child,we will delete that information.
